Biography

Cory M. Simons, 24, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in a Chattanooga healthcare facility. He was an assistant manager of a clothing store. He attended Christ United Methodist Church in Chattanooga.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Harper Simons of Cleveland; children, Parker and Graier Simons of Cleveland; parents, Mike and Bonnie Simons of Cleveland; sisters, Tiffany Duncan of Greenville, SC and Rochelle Simons and Rebecca Simons, both of Cleveland; brothers, Richard Simons of Sugarland, TX and Stephen Simons and Kyle Simons, both of Cleveland; and maternal grandparents, Cecil and Patricia Sheets of New Port Richey, FL.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church in Chattanooga with Pastor Mark Flynn officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Ralph Buckner Funeral Home.

The family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association, 519 E. 4th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37403.
